Group Reflection
As a group we decided that our main concerns with the new project this year would be all working at the same pace as well as equally distributing tasks. All of the skills that we learned and improved last year in independent study are highly applicable for our new project. We believe that independent study enhanced our researching abilities and so this will be immensely useful in a research project, as well as our improved abilities in collecting and analysing data. The literature reviews we wrote last year will aid us in interpreting and using arguments from academics on the topics we've chosen.

Congratulations on setting up your blog and including all the individual reflections on what you learned last year. You recognise the resources you bring to this project, and you identify the challenges too. These are understandable, and only from experience will you learn how to manage them. But because you've thought about them you should be able to plan for the work this semester so as to avoid most of the pitfalls.
